Navigation Health and Fitness Resistance Program Design is geared towards helping you hit or exceed that bench mark. The term "Program" refers to an overall training plan that is written based on a particular goal. Resistance programs focus on major muscles groups for following purposes: Fat Loss, Muscle Growth, Muscle Strength and General Fitness. Cost of Resistance Programs are based on the time commitment you are willing to make towards your fitness goal and begin at $30. You will be required to fill out a Questionnaire and Release of Liability Form to ensure that your Program is appropriate for you and your equipment, schedule and ability.
