Hi, my name is Nina Schoepp, the founder and owner of Navigation Health and Fitness. I'm a certified Fitness Instruction Specialist and Licensed MBTI Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
I've always been passionate about health and fitness, but it wasn't until I struggled with my own weight and health issues that I realized how important it is to take care of yourself. I was overweight, unhappy, unhealthy and knew I had to make a change.
That's when I decided to take control of my life and embark on a journey of self-improvement. I learned everything I could about nutrition, exercise and wellness. I transformed by body and mind. I lost over 40lbs, gained strength and confidence and a new sense of purpose and joy.
I was so amazed by the positive impact this change had on my life that I wanted to share it with everyone! I recommended the exercise program I was successful with to everyone I knew who was struggling with their weight. Imagine my surprise when the program I loved so much was NOT effective for them. Not everyone enjoyed it like I did and when you don't enjoy your workouts YOU WON'T DO THEM.
After seeing this time and time again the puzzle pieces were beginning to fall into place. Health and Fitness does not have a "one size fits all" solution.
I knew I could help people reach their fitness goals so I became a Fitness Instructor, but I didn't stop there! I got myself certified by Psychometrics to be an MBTI practitioner and threw myself into personality research.
I needed to find out FOR CERTAIN what exercise and nutrition program different personality types were most likely to be successful in.
After a lot of time and research I was able to create a functioning Workout Finder Tool solely based on personality! The only one of it's kind. This is how I run my fitness coaching, by focusing on the client as a WHOLE.

My mission is to help you navigate your way to a healthier and happier life. I believe that health and fitness is not just about looking good, but feeling good. It's about finding balance, harmony, and fulfillment in all aspects of your life.
