My name is Nina Schoepp and I'm the founder and owner of Navigation Health & Fitness. After struggling to lose weight after my first pregnancy, I was feeling deeply frustrated, and losing the self-confidence I once had.
Each time I gave up on an exercise program or diet feelings of inadequacy and depression began to take over.
I started to gain more weight and my health was rapidly going on a downward spiral.
I watched programs work for others but not for myself which added fuel (and jealousy) to my frustration.
After researching (and A TON of trial an error) I finally found a program that I loved. I excitedly recommend this workout to my family and friends but was surprised when it wasn't effective for them.
They didn't enjoy it like I did and when you don't enjoy your workout YOU WON'T DO IT.
I'm a server at heart and I desperately wanted to help them feel the accomplishment and self confidence that I was finally getting back.
After seeing this time and time again the puzzle pieces were beginning to fall into place.

So, I hit the books!
I got myself certified by Psychometrics to be an MBTI practitioner and threw myself into personality research.
I needed to find out FOR CERTAIN what exercise and nutrition program different personality types were most likely to be successful in.
After a lot of time and research I was able to create a functioning Workout Finder Tool solely based on personality and I can't wait to share it with you!
